2025 Tri County Orange Walk

On June 7th, Reclaiming Our Youth Services (ROYS) proudly participated in the 2025 Tri-County Orange Walk: Raising Awareness to Gun Violence. Held in partnership with the Berkeley County Coroner’s Office, Sheriff’s Office, and the Moncks Corner and Goose Creek Police Departments, this moving event brought the community together to honor lives lost and commit to real change.

Stories shared by parents, including ROYS' own Michelle A. Wilson Green, who courageously spoke about the loss of her two sons, were sobering reminders of the urgent work ahead. Mrs. Green credited Voices of Black Mothers United as a source of strength and continues to affirm that as long as God gives her breath, she will fight to protect and uplift our youth. We echoed a vital message: “If you see something, say something. It could save a life.” Let’s keep pushing forward, together.
